Most of the latter parts of my professional career were spent documenting engineering specifications and other technical processes. After graduating in 2018 for my bachelors degee, my desires drove toward sharing stories learned over time. The stories shared range from non-fiction about stock investing to fictional stories which include horror, espionage and suspense. You can find these on retailers such as Amazon, and in e-book format or for free on Wattpad.com.
I have had a passion for story telling for many years, but it wasn't until I graduated with my bachelor's degree in my mid-fourties until I realized the passion. Publishing my first book in March of 2021 was the springboard into five more being all released in 2023. There doesn't seem to be any stopping the flow of ideas lately, with a few more planned. I'm going to focus on a few other things, like promoting and media content, through the next year. Hopefully I can start soliciting gaming companies to turn Nano Ops into a game.
GET INTO INVESTING! LEARN A SIMPLE STRATEGY FOR INVESTING IN STOCKS, USING ONLY YOUR SMARTPHONE. While this initial book was released to share my stratigies on investing in the stock market, it had been floating around in my head for over a year. At the time, I was a busy aerospace professional and didn't have time to sit down and write out the outline, let alone the content. The book was focused on not only explaining the strategy of investing solely on your smartphone, it also explains risk using blackjack references and a couple stories of people I know and their investing strategies. The reason for the book was to help my son learn how to invest and is targeted at the younger crowd and beginning investors.
TATTOO VOODOO: AFTER THE INK DRIES The second book I released in May of 2023, focuses on the dark arts and a story of five friends visiting New Orleans. It has a very dark side to it, but it was a very interesting book to write. It was exciting to see the twists and turns in the story, while allowing my imagination to run wild.
NANO OPS: GO DARK I never thought that when I first sat down and wrote Nano Ops: Go Dark, that it would turn into a trilogy. The beginning events of this story take place similarly to when my son and I did go to the drone race-track a couple times a month. I was way more into than he was at the time. The story starts with the main charater, modeled after my son at that age, as a top-drone pilot. He is later recruited by the government to utilize top-secret CIA hardware to infiltrate possible US threats and gather intellegence.
NANO OPS II: THE YEAR OF THE RAT The second book in the Nano Ops trilogy kicks it up a notch, with a threat of nuclear war on US soil. The story continues to expand on the CIA tech and the team's skills. Innovative ideas continue to be shared with the four-person team, guided by top officials. The team's leader, Skylar, will have to decide what is the best course for them to take that will eliminate the threat.
NANO OPS III: TRIPLE THREAT The closing book for the Nano Ops trilogy sends the team into the atmosphere, fighting against an imminet threat from a weaponized satillite. Continued threats from a common enemy have put the spotlight on the team and government officals as they use the sattilite to target three US cities. Time is critical and the team must concentrate on teamwork, while they are separated.
BLACK SUNSHINE - REST IN PIECES The idea for Black Sunshine: Rest in Pieces didn't come to me over time. It came to me after talking with my dad a few times about when he owned one of my favorite classic cars, the 1971 Chevrolet Chevelle SS. This was a nostalgic time in he and my mother's time in history. I'm offering this book for free on Wattpad.com, so please head on over there and check it out. The book carries through the Vietnam war in the late sixties through today. |
